Your order will be dispatched by our courier services using the fastest delivery method available. Target time is 2-3 days once your order has been processed. We ship all orders from New Zealand, so Australia orders will be sent via DHL, all shipments are carbon offset through the DHL GoGreen Climate Neutral shipping service. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DELIVERY
You will be required to sign for all deliveries made by registered mail and couriers.
BON is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or the customs clearance process.
In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, BON is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
For purchases outside of New Zealand, BON is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products.
If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email customerservice@bon-store.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
If you purchased a BON piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
EXCHANGE FOR SIZE
For full priced items you may exchange for a different size within 10 days from date of purchase (15 days for International orders) Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.
